Our website provides shipping rates via Canpar & UPS. We can also arrange delivery through your own courier. Simply select the 'My Courier' shipping method at checkout and enter your account information. If you would like to pick up your order from one of our 3 locations in Vancouver, Edmonton or Toronto, please select 'Pick-up' as your shipping method at checkout.

Other shipping methods are available but not through our website. For more information about alternative shipping methods please contact our sales team toll free on:

Tracking An Order

We will email you a tracking number along with your invoice once we have confirmation that your order has been shipped.

Delivery Restrictions

Oversized Items

We do not provide shipping rates directly through the website for oversized items or items over 100 lbs, as skid fees may apply. If your order is oversized or over weight, you having the following options:

• Pick-up your order in person from one of our 3 locations in Vancouver, Edmonton or Toronto.
• Delivery through your own courier. To choose this option, please select the 'My Courier' shipping method at checkout and enter your courier information.
• Have a sales rep contact you to discuss all delivery options and costs. To choose this option, please select 'Freight Quote' as your shipping method at checkout. Please note that we do not recieve payment for your order until the customer has been made aware of the delivery costs and has agreed to proceed with the order.
