We want our customers to be satisfied with our product. However, we are unable to accept returns without prior authorization from our sales department. On request, a return authorization number will be given to you. Please mark this number clearly on your return shipment. All returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid.
Note: Granting an authorization number to return does not guarantee that merchandise will be approved for refund or credit, until goods are inspected.
Unused, resaleable, regular priced goods in original packing, returned freight prepaid within 30 days of invoice, will be gladly accepted without a restocking charge.
